Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the following business day. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and handed over to our delivery partner.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For any updates on your order status, contact us via WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for all orders within the UAE. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery for a smooth handover.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery or cancellation.
